R. Vinodhani is an experienced and dedicated academic professional with over 16 years of teaching experience (since June 2009). She has four international journal publications and two national conference presentations, has attended several FDPs/workshops/seminars, and has organized multiple academic events including a symposium and six seminars. MoUs with three institutions have been facilitated for student development.
Her leadership focuses on academic excellence, student welfare, and career preparedness through a value-driven, industry-aligned curriculum that nurtures ethics, analytical ability, and employability.
